  As a hands-on Managing Director, Jeff takes pride in overseeing our Fencing and Hoarding operations. Whether he's on site visits with clients, catching up with employees about projects or out in the yard making sure everything is shipshape his enthusiasm for excellence is infectious.

  Alongside his work and his family, other passions include golf and regular visits to Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea play.

Simon may have more than 20 year's experience within the construction industry and an expert in his field, but he is not one to rest on his laurels. As the head of our Hoarding service, he is always looking for ways to further his knowledge and keep JR at the cutting edge of industry developments...

  Known for his professional manner attention to detail, Simon is never happier than when meeting with clients or visiting sites to make sure projects are progressing well. "My aim is to work with companies who respect the fact we are not just a hoarding, fencing and site security contractor" he says, " We are a company that goes one step further and provides to complete service for any development project". 

  Outside of the office you'll find Simon spending time with his wife and children, out with friends or at the golf club of course. 

With just under 20 years’ experience within the company, Damian has worked his way up the ladder to a Directorship which includes over 10 years ‘on the tools’ learning the hoarding and fencing  industry inside out.

  Since being part of the office team at JRHF Damian has worked with the  H&S team, timber purchasing team and the surveying team and has vast experience in all fields. Through working in various departments Damian has  built up a solid foundation of clients in the construction industry and being a very good people person feels that with his experience in different areas he can advise his clients of the most environment friendly, cost effective and more importantly the safest way of undertaking what the client is asking for.

  Outside of the office Damian is father to 3 wonderful children and enjoys keeping fit, playing golf and has a huge passion for football.

Danny has 20 years under his belt working in the construction industry, starting out on site erecting timber hoarding / fencing for the family company. For the past 9 years he’s been moved into the office / director role getting new clients finding work and taking the company to the next level to what it is now...

  With a number of different divisions in the company our new venture is the Fit Out division which I’m heading up due to my experience in new build and property renovation as over the years I’ve built 9 new build houses ranging from 2 / 3 / 5 beds and a number of refurbishments to go alongside the new builds. The fit out division will be mainly office fit out and site temporary welfare.

  I have a very supportive and caring wife that is an amazing mum to our 3 beautiful children.

  The only football team I need to mention is the super Spurs which is who I follow with a passion.

  Golf is my main sport these days which I love playing with clients and friends.
