The Company employ a full-time Health and Safety Coordinator who holds NEBOSH accreditation in health and safety for the construction industry. This role is supported by an external health and safety organisation who provide professional advice.
Our processes ensure that we operate as a responsible contractor and employer, our attainment of OHSAS 18001 shows our commitment to this very important element of our business.
The Company are audited on a regular basis by recognised health and safety accreditation bodies.
This is further enhanced by the Company’s policy towards promotion within the operations staff who we actively encourage to embrace Health and Safety whilst progressing to site supervisory and management positions.
We encourage our workforce to be involved from the initial stages of projects through our consultation process and periodic reviews of our risk assessments to ensure the procedures are adequate for a safe workplace.
Safety training is provided to all staff and is appropriate to their role within the Company.
